I put the last stitch in this piece last night. Such a simple design, but boy oh boy, did I have a time of it. I stitched the number 1 and 2 pears three, count them, three times. I was off one stitch each time and just could not "compute" how to compensate. So, frog, frog, frogging was my good friend. I used the recommended floss and fabric and beads from my stash. I didn't have the MH beads listed. Now I have to decide how to complete it. Have two projects kitted up, so off I am to choose one. Have a great day. BTW, we had quite the thunderstorm last night. My satellite reception was nill, so I read on Emma, by Jane Austen. Emma is on PBS soon. I wanted to read it before it airs. Have a great day.

Hi Becky,
Yes, sometimes it's the simplest things that mess us up. You deserve an A+ for your perseverance. It turned out great, I can't wait to see how you'll finish it.
That's gorgeous Becky! Just sorry that it gave you all that frogging to do. I'm quite tempted by those LHN ornaments, but no, I have more than enough to do.
Lovely finish! Strangely enough I've just finished this design and it was a real pain in the neck for me too! Lots and lots of frogging involved. It's strange how sometimes the simplest of things can prove to be the most difficult!
Cute finish! Congrats.
I've seen a lot of folks say that this one had frogs crawling all over it. So you aren't alone!
I love it!! It's on my list :)
For some reason your blog was not updating in my reader :( I have missed all your wonderful posts and BEEutiful work :)
(((hugs my friend)))
Love your pear tree. You do good work! The whole country seems to be having strange weather.
Stay dry and warm....
Those darn frogs. They do tend to hop around and wreak havoc wherever they can.
Thank goodness you wrestled them to the ground and ended up with a lovely finish.
I never mess up with the tricky charts but only with the simpler ones. Just like you, lol.
Congratulations on a new finish!
Lovely finish. Congrats.
Sorry to hear that you had to frog a lot on it.
Congrats Becky, this is such a cute finish!
Sorry you were visit by the from twice...but at the end result is beautiful!
