I finished the stitching on my sister's tree ornament this week. Now I have to decided which beads I want to use. She said she liked red and gold together, so will try a few gold one's to see how it looks. In my previous post I mentioned a little trip. Two friends and I traveled to southeastern OK. to visit our friend Mary Ann. She owns a gift shop in Idabel, Mimi's Simple Elegance. When we leave town, her shop is bare in a few areas. I splurged and bought me a nice pair of pearl earrings, a great needlework tote, a purse to match, and some other goodies like lotions, soaps and tea towels. The four of us always seem to have a great time when we visit.
