HoE Freebie received by Cathie

Cathie notified me that she received my replacement package for the HoE Freebie exchange, yipee!. I have been holding my breath since I sent it and am relieved that she finally received it.

Here are my photos of the exchange. Cathie assures me she like it. The floss tag is my first attempt. For some strange reason I am into 1 over 1 right now and loving it.

My Seasonal Exchange is ready to send. Julianne and I have been in contact and I'm waiting for her to give me the go ahead to send! No pressure, hehe.

My HoE Summer Quaker exchange is almost ready to send. I'm not sure I like the colors I choose, so may do it over with a different floss selection.

That's about all I've been working on stitch wise. Saturday I'm going on a day trip with one of the local banks. I hope it's fun! Have a good weekend.

Long time no post and exchange received

My mood hasn't been the best these past few weeks. Haven't stitched, blogged or anything else. I was under a deadline to finish an exchange today. Successfully got the SBEBB ABC exchange in the mail. It doesn't have too far to go, so should be in my partner's mailbox next week. I also finished the beading on my sister's name tree also. Maybe I'll be back on track now.

The mailman did bring a surprise package today. I received the HoE Freebie exchange from Karen K. It's a beautiful design. She included lots of purple which really lifted my spirits. There was also a Just Nan chart, some beads, skeins of thread, and fabric. Thank you Karen, I love it all. By the way, this is my first ever exchange to be received from Australia.
