HoE For the Birds from Deanne

I received this pinkeep from Deanne for the HoE For the Birds Exchange.  I've been so lazy that I'm just now getting it posted.   I love the funky tree!  Thank you Deanne.

The reason I've been so lazy is I'm filling in as church secretary for a while.  The job isn't demanding, it just takes up my afternoons.  By the time I get home, fix my evening meal, and chill a while, it's almost my bedtime.  It doesn't leave much stitching time.

We had a slight break in our weather, but it was back to over 100 degrees today.  The humidity is a killer for us in this part of Oklahoma.  I'm keeping my fingers crossed that my a/c keeps on a runnin'!

Have a great week.

That's a lovely little bird sitting on that tree. A nice exchange gift.
Oh my, temperatures over 100° are nearly unimaginable for me. It's nearly unbearable when they go into the 90ies. I hope your heat wave will fade away soon, just as ours has, fortunately.

The humidity kills me, too. It's been glorious this week. I picked blackberries during this morning's rain. :D

The pinkeep you received is darling!

I'm so tired of the heat, I could cry. They've promised a couple of "below normal" days next week. It had better happen or heads are going to ROLL!

A lovely pinkeep! I enjoyed looking back at all of your exchanges through the past few months. Hope the heat wave breaks. We've been in the high 90s the past couple of days and that's high for us. The A/C rarely gets turned on, but it's been a workin' lately!
