I received a fantastic exchange from Mercy A. today.

The pinkeep's title is Rain, rain go away. It is beautifully stitched and finished. Also in the exchange package are two charts, some very vivid orange fabric (I love it), some shiny purple beads and some lotion. I didn't get it in the photo. (Guess I was too excited !)The charts are LK's Autumn Squared and LHN Heart and Home Sampler. Thank you so much Mercy, I love it all.

HoE Halloween from Marjean

Front

Isn't this a fantastically cute halloween house? Just look at that roof, so many stitches. I received this and other goodies from Marjean today. I find it amazing that she was able to stitch at all since she went through Hurricane Gustav. Thank you, thank you Marjean. I absolutely love the entire exchange. Your stitching is above and beyond the call of duty.

HoE Prairie Schooler Sent to Jen R

I saw on the HoE that Jen R received my Prairie Schooler exchange. I stitched the hoot owl in the JCS Halloween issue. When I first laid eyes on this design I knew I wanted to stitch it. So two birds were killed with one stone. It was a fun stitch for me. I hope Jen enjoys it as much as I enjoyed stitching it. Once again I let the batteries in my camera get too low, so the photos aren't that great. Hopefully Jen has some better ones.

HoE Needleroll from Brigitte

I spent most of my day at the Humane Society working on the Spay/Neuter clinic we are having this weekend. By the time I left, I was pooped. But my spirits were lifted when I saw packages in my mailbox. I received my Hoe Needleroll from Brigitte in Germany. It is beautifully stitched in fall colors, my favorite season. She also included Farm Fresh and Just Hatched by The Prairie Schooler from my wish list. There was also a small German chart of pansies, some of my favorite flowers. Thank you so much, Brigitte. You spoiled me so much. I love your exchange!

Here's a closeup of the needleroll. Look at the specialty stitches. They are fantastic!

Biscornu received from Myrna

Just look what I received in the mail yesterday. It's my SBEBB Needlework Smalls exchange from Myrna. She stitched a beautiful biscornu in purples and greens. Then she spoiled me with lots of purple extras. What a great exchange. Thank you so much Myrna. You did a fantastic job.

HoE Needleroll received by Lillie

I saw on the HoE blog that Lillie received her needleroll. The stitched piece is SB's Tudor Needle Roll. I enjoyed stitching this piece. So much so that I'm working on another NR. I just love doing the hemstitch. I also included a chart from Lillie's wish list, some pins, and a variety of over-dyed threads. Lillie assured me she loved the needleroll. It was a fun stitch for me.

Autumn exchange received by Julianne

Julianne e-mailed that she had received the SEBB Autumn exchange I sent her. I have to admit I had a hard time putting the little scissor fob in the package. I think it turned out soo cute. No brag, just fact, hehe. I stitched the Prairie Schooler autumn chart from the July 2007 TGOS magazine and the Trail Creek Farm freebie Fall. I aso included some great soap, DMC thread in fall colors, pins for pinkeeps, and some ribbon. All of my photos are out of focus. I chose the best out of all I took. Bummer for you all. The back of the scissor fob is the design over 1. Maybe I can use the one Julianne posts.

Autumn exchange from Julianne

I received my first Seasonal Exchange from Julianne. This round is for Autumn themed pieces. She certainly spoiled me. Here's a photo of the stitched piece, which is from the Prairie Schooler. The batteries in my camera died after this photo. I'll post a photo of the goodies as soon as the batteries are recharged. Isn't the basket wonderful. She lined it with a bright autumn fabric. Also include in the exchange was a fantastic floss holder, a piece of fall fabric, a piece of linen, thread, candy and some really great tea. Thank you Julianne!
